Bachelor of Music or Visharad Degree from Gandharva Mahavidhyalaya or Sangeet Parangat from Kala Academy or Sangeet Kushal from Kala Academy (or equivalent) with minimum 3 years of teaching experience. |

Degree from a recognized university or equivalent, plus a certificate course of at least 6 months in any Art & Culture trade. Alternatively:
- Degree in Music/Fine Art/Theatre/Folk Art
- Higher Secondary Certificate with a Diploma course of minimum 3 years plus 4 years of relevant experience.
